Our mission is to leave business owners feeling confident about their finances through raising awareness of tax bills and their own profitability and cashflows. This is achieved by equipping our clients with the best accounting software as well as giving them the ongoing training and support to build their confidence on it.
Through the effective use of software our clients will save time and gain access to information about their businesses they didn’t have before. Our aim is to get our clients to utilise this new time saving to step away from their businesses and use the new financial information they have to plan their growth.
We understand that taxes are vital for our country and all the things we care about like healthcare and schooling, however we also recognise that they are a cost to a business and by reducing that cost we can free up funds for investment and the creation of jobs, which leads to a stronger economy.
We build tax planning into everything we do and our first question when reviewing our work will always be “is there a way to lower this tax bill”. This can only be achieved through an understanding of our client’s businesses and family situations, which is why we proactively work hard to build a relationship with them.
As well as understanding our clients, we must maintain an expert standard of knowledge when it comes to tax. As part of this, clients effected by changes in tax law, must hear about it from us first and in a way that is concise and supportive.
Our goal is to maintain our reputation for customer service excellence. This is done through having the right processes, delivered by well trained and motivated staff. We’ve invested and will continue to invest heavily in this, our client relationship managers will be the best in the industry.
We also have a commitment to the local community that we will give its young people opportunities in our industry and life in general. We have sustained and expanded our apprentice recruitment schemes and will continue to do so. We also have a series of workshops aimed at school leavers to teach them the soft skills needed to progress in the workplace.
Our commitment to the environment is demonstrated by our paperless office and digital approach to delivering our service. We also offset our carbon through the woodland trust and offer our employees an electric company car scheme.
